A rock opera that explores the final days of Jesus Christ through the perspective of Judas Iscariot. The musical vividly depicts the last week of Jesus’ life, focusing on the relationships between Jesus, Judas, and Mary Magdalene, as well as the political and societal pressures surrounding his crucifixion. With an electrifying score by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, the musical delves into themes of fame, betrayal, spirituality, and the conflicting emotions of those involved in the dramatic events leading to Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice.
