We invite directors from both our local community and beyond to participate in the selection process. Whether these are productions you’ve always wanted to direct, or one that strongly aligns with your artistic vision, we encourage you to submit.
Oregon Community Theatre is currently seeking directors for two productsions in our upcoming 2026-2027 season:
- Winter Play (February/March): The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) (Revised) (Again)
- Spring Musical (April/May): The Drowsy Chaperone
Submission Guidelines
- Directors may submit for one or both productions
- Please include a clear and thoughtful vision for the show, including:
- Set design concepts and use of space (including projections, if applicable)
- Anticipated cast size
- Any potential limitations or considerations (scheduling, technical needs, etc.(
- Directors must be available for an in-person or virtual (Teams) interview with the season selection committee
- If selected, you will serve as the director for the production
